The invitation extended to suppliers to enter the ‘Supplier Awards 2010’ was a great success. 183 entries were received for the different categories and prizes will be awarded on the 2nd of July in the city of Bogotá.
Registered suppliers will compete in the following categories:
- Investment and Growth
- Innovation and Development
- Quality Improvement and Performance
- Productivity
- Sustainable Development
The following segments will be examined in these categories: prime materials, packing materials, production materials, marketing and publicity, machinery and spares and servicing.
All entries will be sent to the group of Bavaria internal evaluators, who will examine the supplier's answers and announce the result on the 31st of March 2010.
To guarantee the transparency of the evaluation process and also the final decision to name the 26 winners (5 per category and one for Sustainable Development), the award rules and regulations have been certified by ICONTEC.
