Bavaria promotes a top performance culture‚ where each employee is responsible for his own development‚ as established in the management practices and‚ to such end‚ they have the endorsement of the organization‚ especially that of each of the heads.
In 2007‚ the company employees attended training of 39.700 man/hours‚ with a $6.934.086 million budget. These training hours are reflected in the improved capacity of employees and the promotion of organizational and functional competencies. Furthermore‚ they facilitate the development of the main strategic initiatives of the company.
As part of the human resource education and updating‚ scholarships are granted for specializations and masters offered by renowned universities; in addition‚ we enrolled various employees on international programs offered by SABMiller in its management education areas. In addition‚ Bavaria has one of the most important private centers in the country: the Centro de Formación de Competencias‚ the fundamental objective of which is to coach and train all Bavaria employees in the development of their technical‚ personal and management competencies.
Bavaria’s main characteristic is to believe in its human resources and the company is aware that excellent results are obtained through its comprehensive development. All of the above is framed within the company value that: “Our people are our most enduring advantage” |
